SHIPPING POLICY

Sustainability is a top priority! I aim to be plastic free and use recycled Kraft paper and biodegradable and/or recycled/recyclable packing material to ship all wares and paintings.

All wares and paintings are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Standard. All ready to ship pieces are mailed on THURSDAYS and take 3-5 business days* within the US. Priority mail includes tracking and $50 insurance.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are in the Portland, Oregon area and are able to pick up your order from the SE Portland studio WITHIN 10 DAYS MAX of your purchase, then you may use the code: LocalPickUp to receive 10% off your order. 

To schedule your CONTACTLESS pick up time please email: hello@cobbhoelzer.com with your order number and preferred pick up times within a 10 day time frame. 

Please do not use this code if you do not intend to pick up in person.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

if you place an order for international delivery you will be invoiced separately for shipping cost. Once payment is received from the buyer we will ship your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please be sure your address is correct when ordering as Cobb Hoelzer Creative, LLC will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

 

Although every effort is made to prevent damage during shipping it occasionally occurs. If your piece arrives damaged please notify me via email within 48 hours of delivery including a picture of the item & box. Due to the expiration of insurance claims we must be notified within the 48 hour time frame. Shipping cost will not be refunded however replacements and/or refunds of goods will be determined on an individual basis.

As an artist run business, please understand that returns/exchanges can ONLY be made due to damage or incorrect items received.
