• Sustainability is key! I aim to be as plastic free and use recycled Kraft paper and biodegradable and/or recycled/recyclable packing material to ship all wares and paintings. 
• All wares and paintings are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Standard. All ready to ship pieces are mailed on Thursdays and take 3-5 business days with in the US. Priority mail includes tracking and $50 insurance. 
• AT THIS TIME DELIVERY TIMES/ESTIMATIONS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED DUE TO (duh) COVID-19.
• Please be sure your address is correct when ordering as Cobb Hoelzer Creative, LLC will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
• FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: if you place an order for international delivery you will be invoiced separately for shipping cost. Once payment is received from the buyer we will ship your order.
• Although every effort is made to prevent damage during shipping it occasionally occurs. If your piece arrives damaged please notify me via email within 48 hours of delivery including a picture of the item & box. Due to the expiration of insurance claims we must be notified within the 48 hour time frame. Shipping cost will not be refunded however replacements and/or refunds of goods will be determined on an individual basis.
